Our client is a Contractor based in the Northwest. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Patch Plasterer. This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK.
The Role
We need a reliable and experienced Joiner to support our team in delivering first and second fix carpentry, general maintenance, and fit-out tasks on active projects. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision.
Key Duties
- Perform general joinery including doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and flooring
- Undertake maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and unoccupied properties
- Follow plans, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure all work meets company and client quality standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Own tools (preferred) and PPE
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
