Family Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative tasks.
  • Preparing and organising court bundles.
  • Using LEAP or similar legal case management systems.
  • Diarising court deadlines from court orders.
  • Transferring data from Form E to our specialist system.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with legal software.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Law degree
