I'm currently working with an amazing restaurant in Manchester that's looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins and lead their kitchen team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who's passionate about food, confident managing a team, and ready to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen. You'll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and have the autonomy to shape the menu and drive the kitchen forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Delivering consistent, high-quality food during busy service periods
- Full responsibility for stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Ensuring all health & safety, food hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed
- Managing kitchen rotas, training, and performance
- Working closely with senior management to manage food GP and kitchen costs
- Designing and updating menus using seasonal ingredients
- Creating a positive kitchen culture where standards and morale stay high
You:
- An experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready for that next step
- Someone who leads by example and brings energy and professionalism to the kitchen
- A solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and health & safety
- A genuine passion for delivering great food consistently
