About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales of chillers and heat pumps across the North West region. The role has a strong focus on developing relationships and generating business through contractors and consultants.

You will take ownership of your territory, working closely with key decision-makers to identify opportunities, provide technical solutions, and deliver against agreed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maximising existing account potential.
  • Provide technical sales support and guidance on chiller and heat pump solutions.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to order closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work to individual sales targets, with flexibility to align based on your skills and market potential.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in HVAC sales, ideally with chillers and/or heat pumps.
  • Strong network of contacts within the contractor and consultant market in the North West.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own territory.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
