The Opportunity:This Brand & Social Lead role puts you at the heart of the brand's voice, driving awareness, engagement, and community through disruptive, story-led marketing. You'll lead the social strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring bold, scroll-stopping campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the brand's social media strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand and impactful.
  • Drive audience engagement through compelling storytelling, influencer partnerships, and creative campaigns.
  • Generate brand buzz through guerrilla marketing and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Collaborate across departments to align social and brand marketing with commercial goals.
  • Oversee and manage the social marketing budget with strategic control.
  • Build and protect brand equity by ensuring consistency and quality in all social communication.
  • Coordinate with buying, product, and eCommerce teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Be the voice of the customer; creating content and campaigns that are aspirational, inspirational, and unforgettable.

What We're Looking For:

  • A true expert in social media channels; especially Meta, TikTok, and X-with a track record of trendsetting work.
  • A strategic thinker with creative flair and an instinct for what's next.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand or social marketing, ideally within fashion.
  • A collaborative leader with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong budget and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.
  • A confident communicator who can influence internally and externally.
  • Someone fearless; willing to take risks, learn quickly, and adapt fast.
