- Experience in commercial motor, fleet, or ideally insurtech environments• A solid understanding of the broker landscape and how to navigate it• Confidence in strategic thinking and long-term relationship development• For senior applicants: exposure to network brokers and complex distribution models• Above all, a passion for doing things better and helping clients do the same
- Home-based role, open to candidates UK-wide (from Scotland to the South Coast)• Mid-level: up to £65,000 basic plus quarterly commission (up to £5,000)• Senior: up to £85,000 basic plus the same commission structure• Private healthcare, 5% employer pension contribution (3% employee)• All travel expenses covered
