- Drive lead generation and successfully convert opportunities into signed contracts
- Achieve weekly KPI’s
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process — from opportunity scoping to final submission
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Ops, HR, and Compliance
- Develop and maintain a high-quality bid library and SMC content repository
- Support marketing efforts by crafting compelling sales material and service brochures
- Regularly update internal systems to track pipeline progress, milestones, and lessons learned
- Facilitate SMC project planning, reviews, and handovers to delivery teams
- Proven sales and negotiation experience in a B2B environment
- Strong background in bid/tender management and proposal creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail, resilience, and organisational capability
- Experience developing SMCs or similar contract types from concept to sign-off
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
