You’ll be out in the field meeting clients, building strong relationships, and showcasing innovative solutions. What You’ll Do- Win new business through in-person canvassing and prospecting
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximise customer value
- Manage and grow your territory to hit revenue targets
- Handle inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision-makers
- Attend networking events and represent the company
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and track KPIs
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (service contracts preferred)
- Confident communicator with proven success in hitting targets
- Strong skills in telemarketing and appointment setting
- UK driving licence (essential for travel)
- IT savvy – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience in the waste/recycling sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- £40,000 base salary competitive commission
