What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Make outbound service calls to understand client needs
  • Manage diaries for Junior Advisors and IFAs to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process and maintain regular touch points throughout the journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
