Head of Sales - Fragrance Industry | Remote (With occasional National / International travel as required)

Up to £100,000 + performance bonus / Day rate contract option available | Full-time or Contract

Overview:We are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing fragrance brand. This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the fragrance industry and ready to lead the charge in scaling a premium brand at a key stage in its growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact B2B sales strategy, driving new business opportunities, and shaping the commercial strategy both in the UK and internationally. This is a chance to work with a fast-paced and innovative brand, offering significant influence and autonomy in shaping the business' direction.

Key Responsibilities - Head of Sales:

  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy aligned with business growth goals
  • Utilize existing contacts to secure new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
  • Build partnerships across retail, wholesale, private label, and distribution sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader brand strategy
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics
  • Recruit, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a strong performance culture
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making
  • Represent the brand externally with credibility, authority, and passion

Ideal Candidate Profile - Head of Sales:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, within the Fragrance / Beauty or similar industries, driving growth and establishing new relationships
  • Experience in sales leadership roles, with success in driving growth and building high-performing teams
  • Strong contact network within the UK / European fragrance and beauty industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK retail, wholesale, and distribution landscape
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident in senior-level negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote-first environment
  • Genuine passion for fragrance and a strong understanding of the craft behind it
