About the role?

We're looking for motivated, personable Outbound Sales Executive to join a Customer Solutions team. This isn't just about campaigns or cold calls - this is sales with purpose. You'll manage established accounts within a geographical territory, re-engage dormant/lapsed customers and play a key part in the customer journey.

What you will be doing?

  • Own a portfolio of smaller accounts
  • Run targeted outbound sales campaigns
  • Develop account plans with your manager and track progress
  • Send and manage new account opening forms
  • Guide customers from re-engagement to first order and nurture ongoing growth
  • Support field sales by servicing accounts that may be underdeveloped
  • Proactively follow up with leads using data via spreadsheets and CRM (new system implementation underway)
  • Work towards clear KPIs and contributing to company's values

  • Be comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with gatekeepers
  • Have strong people skills - personable, engaging and able to build rapport fast
