My client is a multiple award winning Manchester Marketing and Communications agency, who is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager
The key clients for this role are two trade events run and owned by the agency, both within the construction industry. As Marketing Manager you will manage these events, generate and manage the sponsors as well as build and retain the businesses that entre the awards in order to retain a great awards turn out and entries for the categories, so you can meet your KPI’s.
As you would expect there are many different elements of the awards from installer liaison, digital marketing, Mailchimp eNewsletters, social media, artwork and more, where planning ahead and hitting deadlines is crucial. So, in line with this, you will have excellent project management and client liaison skills and have a proven track record with building long lasting stakeholder relationships. Have a calm, proactive, enthusiastic individual, who thrives in a fast paced, deadline focused and sometimes pressured environment.
This role is based predominantly out of our Manchester HQ, however, will require travel across the UK and overseas to visit clients and represent the agency at relevant events. This is a varied role and each week will look different - it is up to you to set your week in a way that enables you to best deliver in the role. They are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements during interview stage but this role will predominantly be based alongside a team rather than being a from-home role.
