Role: National Account Manager - Co-op
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a fast-paced, innovative bakery manufacturer known for launching over 80 new products a year. Their Co-op account has seen exceptional growth — from £3m to £7m — and now they’re looking for a commercially sharp, creative National Account Manager to take it even further.
The Role:
You’ll be the single point of contact for all things Co-op: commercial, supply chain, NPD, and logistics. Co-op values simplicity and clarity — they want one trusted voice representing the business. You’ll own the relationship end to end, working cross-functionally to keep everything running smoothly while identifying fresh growth opportunities.
This is a fast-moving role in a busy business. You’ll need to thrive in a dynamic, high-innovation environment where ideas turn into products — fast.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong national account management experience in FMCG (retail-facing)
- Proven success managing and growing retail accounts (Co-op experience ideal)
- Excellent cross-functional skills — able to work with NPD, supply chain, and logistics
- High level of commercial acumen with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Energy, creativity, and a love for fast-paced, product-driven environments
