RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Salary: £32.5k-£37.5k + £15k performance related bonus

Location: Manchester City Centre - FULLY OFFICE BASED

Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Your role:

  • Manage 100 EAP/occupational health clients across the UK and Ireland
  • Build strong partnerships through meetings, calls, and occasional visits
  • Lead onboarding, manage renewals, support tenders, and provide consultancy
  • Generate £10k in upsells and 3 new client wins per quarter
  • Track CRM data and support future propositions via client feedback

  • Strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to meet KPIs
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and IT skills
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
  • Driving licence desirable but not essential
