The Role - Sales Executive (Acquisition Focus) £28k - £30k Basic + Bonus OTE £50k +

This Sales Executive position is all about generating leads and setting high-quality demos for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll be using the latest tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and email automation platforms to creatively and persistently open doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using advanced sales tools

  • Execute daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone

  • Book qualified meetings and demos for BDMs

  • Collaborate with senior sales team to refine messaging and lead strategy

  • Maintain CRM data and track engagement

  • Test, optimise, and scale outreach tactics

Candidate Requirements
  • A degree is essential (all disciplines considered)

  • OR 1-2 years in an SDR or entry-level BDM role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Tenacious, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections

  • Self-starter with strong organisation skills and the ability to hit daily KPIs

  • Driven by success, money, and career growth

  • Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, and outreach tools preferred

  • Creative flair and interest in content or design a bonus (e.g. Adobe Suite, PDF editing) - not essential
