Are you a motivated sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected leader in property surveys and valuations, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Central Manchester.

The role offers a basic salary between £26,000 - £28,000 with OTE's ranging between £45,000 - £60,000!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients-offering clear, informed advice and helping turn enquiries into confirmed survey bookings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting warm leads and referrals into confirmed appointments
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls using a dialler system
  • Clearly explaining product options, pricing, and benefits in a compliant manner
  • Tracking leads and follow-ups using a CRM system
  • Handling quotes and follow-ups to optimise conversions
  • Meeting monthly income targets and contributing to team success
  • Maintaining high call quality and professional standards
