An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-growing organisation in the car finance industry based in the heart of Manchester.

This role offers a fantastic base salary of £26,500 plus loads of great benefits such as uncapped commission (OTE £55,000), career progression, and comprehensive training in a supportive, high-performance environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey - offering finance advice, managing relationships with dealerships and lenders, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and transparent sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle finance journey from start to finish.
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline, ensuring regular communication and effective progress tracking.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to qualified leads, dealerships, and lenders to move deals forward.
  • Ensure all interactions are fully compliant with internal processes and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a consultative, customer-first approach to build trust and ensure satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple processes
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and progress within the business.
  • Experience in previous roles such as Sales Advisor, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager would be ideal
