Our client is a small family run business who have established themselves as market leaders in their field of expertise.
The role
The day to day activities for the role will be to carry out as a sales manager who can successfully market and promote our products with their own sales skills as well as developing a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has previous experience in the chiller market as well as the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has an ability to coach, advise and motivate.
Pay/Shifts/Perks
The role is on days and pay is dependent on experience
What is required from you?
- Current valid clean driving licence
- Experience within the ventilation or chiller markets
- experience of running a sales team, managing goals and driving business
- extensive experience in building customer relationships
