Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Development Executives! Motivate, drive performance, and optimise quality.
  • Work alongside the Client Relationship team to ensure all client needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Maintain a balance between activity volume and quality to retain commercial value in the sales pipeline.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and developments across products and the industry.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in a B2B outbound sales environment.
  • Experience leading a team of Sales Executives or similarly target-driven team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership qualities - the ability to inspire and lead from the front!
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
