- Increase specification activity and sales value in the assigned region
- Generate and support quality project enquiries
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical, solution-based specifications
- Deliver CPD presentations and promote the brand
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM entries
- Share market intelligence and collaborate with Business Development Managers
- Track and report on KPIs as set by senior management
- Defend and support specifications through to project completion
- Proven experience in technical specification sales (ideally in B2B or construction)
- Strong understanding of the UK construction and specification market
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid EU passport or unrestricted travel rights in the UK
- Technically competent and confident when conveying product information
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
- Organised and capable of working independently in a remote role
- Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
