Your new roleThe IT Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the IT strategy for enterprise applications, with a strong focus on ERP, data management, and system integrations. You will oversee the full ERP lifecycle, leveraging the Azure Data Platform for Analytics and AI, and implementing integration solutions using iPaaS tools like Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft and Boomi.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise applications and data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Own the ERP ecosystem, overseeing implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support to drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory alignment across the organization.
- Drive enterprise data excellence by leading Azure Data Platform adoption, establishing data governance frameworks, and delivering AI-powered insights to enhance BI and compliance.
- Lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow between ERP, CRM, HCM, BI, and SCM through optimized iPaaS platforms.
- Enhance system interoperability and workflow efficiency by reducing data silos, enabling real-time automation, and driving digital transformation across business functions.
- Drive digital transformation by optimizing business processes, while leading change management to ensure successful adoption and operational efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing enterprise IT team, manage strategic vendor relationships, and ensure service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience in enterprise applications management, with demonstrable experience focused on ERP (Oracle or SAP).
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Platform (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI).
- Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise integrations using iPaaS solutions (Azure Integration Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and their integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based data strategies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
