Ashberry Recruitment are looking to identify an experienced and qualified Team Leader to join an established team on a permanent, full time basis in the Manchester area.

Our client are a well-respected specialist and therapeutic provider of residential childcare, supporting and caring for children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in working with young people and experienced at planning shifts, team leading, key-working and behaviour planning.

As a Team Leader you will be compassionate and committed to providing a safe and stable environment for the children within your care. We are looking for experienced individuals who are also dedicated to their professional development and eager to learn.

An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) is desirable for this role, as is a driving licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.?

This is a permanent, full time role to include a variety of shifts including early, late, long day and sleeps, across 7 days to include some weekends.
