My client, a highly-respected, world class Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Hydraulic Engineer to join their expert team of engineering and design experts, in the exciting, vibrant city of Manchester.

Essential Criteria:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Recognised Chartered Status (or actively working toward attaining this)
  • Demonstrable experience in multidisciplinary design delivery
  • Good working knowledge of hydraulic design of water and wastewater treatment plant design, pipeline design, and surge analysis
  • Excellent understanding of UK design standards and the relevant section agreements
  • Experience of the use of relevant software packages, including HADES, VARISIM, WANDA, etc.

It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Hydraulic Engineer to have the following:

  • Experience of liaising with a range of stakeholders across the public and private sectors
  • Willingness to proactively seek to advance your career in the sector
