About the Role:

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out asbestos inspections across commercial and domestic sites nationwide. Your role will involve producing detailed, compliant reports and advising clients on asbestos management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Management and Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
  • Take and process samples accurately
  • Input survey data and produce reports using Alpha Tracker / Microsoft Teams
  • Advise clients on asbestos risks and compliance strategies
  • Liaise professionally with clients and represent the business in a courteous, informed manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • BOHS P402 qualified
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
  • Willing to obtain or already hold police clearance/positive vetting
