About the role of the Associate Building Surveyor

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will work across a diverse range of projects, including local authority and government, education, rail, infrastructure and commercial. Your role will involve leading and managing the junior members of the team. You will be working alongside multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities of the Associate Building Surveyor

  • Carrying out detailed building surveys and property inspections.
  • Leading project management and contract administration tasks for larger-scale projects.
  • Undertaking due diligence surveys and providing clear, actionable reporting.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across individual projects.
  • Supporting business development efforts by contributing to both new opportunities and repeat business across multiple sectors.

Requirements of the Associate Building Surveyor

  • MRICS Accredited
  • Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience and be client facing with work winning skills.
  • Prepared to travel as required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • To liaise with senior colleagues to help build a profitable service and positive, high performing team environment.
