This role offers exposure to a variety of high-profile projects, including workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with values ranging from 50k to 20m. The successful candidate will also conduct general commercial building surveys and negotiate schedules of dilapidations. This role provides full support for career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Project manage high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments.

Conduct general commercial building surveys.

Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations.

Maintain and grow client relationships.

Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Present and pitch for new business.

Technical Requirements:

Minimumthree years of post-qualification experience.

Experience working for acommercial building consultancy practice.

Knowledge ofContract Administration and Cost Control.

Understanding ofthe Law of Dilapidations.

Experience administering theJCT suite of contracts.
