The successful candidate will also conduct general commercial building surveys and negotiate schedules of dilapidations. This role provides full support for career progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments.

  • Conduct general commercial building surveys.

  • Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships.

  • Train and mentor junior colleagues.

  • Present and pitch for new business.

  • Represent the business at industry events.
