A leading construction consultancy is seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing projects and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conducting detailed measured surveys of existing buildings and sites, with attention to detail.
  • Visiting sites to carry out thorough inspections and providing comprehensive inspection reports.
  • Inviting tenders for the main contract, performing tender analysis, and compiling detailed reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
  • Chartered status or actively working towards APC
  • Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and project teams
  • Background in housing, residential, and/or existing buildings
  • Strong expertise in building surveying and project management
  • A track record of managing programs of work and demonstrating excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
