Construction Delivery Manager
Location: Greater Manchester | Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to manage work packages on complex UK infrastructure projects. You’ll deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards while supporting wider programme delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage smaller projects independently and coordinate subcontract packages
  • Monitor workmanship, snags, and create inspection & test plans (ITPs)
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects running smoothly
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency

You’ll need:

  • Experience as a Delivery/Work Package Manager or Project Engineer
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
  • CSCS card and HNC or equivalent
  • Ability to manage projects and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety best practice
  • Pharma/cleanroom experience beneficial but not essential
  • Willingness to travel
