We are seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our client in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments, ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, and providing expert advice on fire prevention and protection strategies. The successful fire risk assessor will be joining an established and award winning fire risk assessment team. There is opportunity for development of junior fire risk assessors within this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed fire risk assessments for commercial and residential properties.
- Analyse fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and standards.
- Prepare clear and concise reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Advise clients on fire safety procedures and improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement fire safety measures.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations in the UK.
- Experience in conducting fire risk assessments..
- Relevant fire safety qualifications or certifications. (level 3 Minimum)
