Interim FRA Surveyor
Job Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
Location: Manchester (Central, South, and East areas)
Salary: Day rate negotiable
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Surveyor to join a prominent housing association in Manchester. This role involves post-inspecting completed remedial works following Fire Risk Assessments. The ideal candidate will work remotely, covering the Central, South, and East areas of Manchester.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Inspect completed remedial works derived from Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) reports.
- Evaluate the quality of works and advise on their satisfactory completion.
- Submit updates directly into IT systems or provide reports to internal staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced in inspecting remedial works.
- Proficient in using IT systems for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on inspections.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration with internal teams.
