We are seeking an Administrator/ Customer Service Representative to join our clients team team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Administrative experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including word, excel
- Basic office and organizational skills
Working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
This role is initially for 8 weeks but there is potentially an opportunity for a permanent position.
