Client Relationship Manager

Location: Manchester, City Centre

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.

Hours & contract basis: Full-time, permanent, (Apply online only) Monday-Friday

Hawk3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one a rapidly growing independent financial advisory business in the heart of Manchester. Due to internal promotion and growth, they are looking to hire a client relationship manager to join the team whilst launching a new business. This person will be the first point of call for new enquiries, so you need to be someone who is confident building relationships, have a passion for customer service and the journey of the customer. This is not another admin or coordination role — it’s your chance to become a key player in shaping customer experiences, strengthening client loyalty, and making a real difference in people’s financial journeys.

The role:

  • You will be the face of the firm for new and existing clients
  • Managing inbound enquiries of approx. 100 per week by making outbound introduction calls to discuss their requirements and the services the business offers to see if this is aligned
  • Booking in qualified follow up meetings with advisors
  • When a client is being onboarded you will be responsible for regular check ins to ensure the service is of standard and see if they need any additional assistance
  • Work closely with internal team
  • Suggesting improvements — your voice and ideas will be genuinely valued

While previous experience in financial services is a bonus, it’s not essential. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, deliver a high standard of service, and manage relationships with confidence and care.
