Customer Services Executive

Our client are an industry leading manufacturer of engineered systems and they are looking to appoint a Customer Service/Sales Administrator. The role will involve dealing with low value and ad hoc customer orders and you will be the central point of contact to process and follow up on the manufacture of those orders. It is important you have prior experience in customer service and sales office. You need great customer service skills, good IT skills, attention to detail and a confident phone manner.

* Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email
* Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets
* High level of communication skills, both internal and external
* A confident personality as you will be speaking to new people, internally and externally, on a daily basis
* Good IT skills
