Recruitment Client Solutions Manager / Director
Salary £60K - £85K Basic Dependant on Experience + Excellent Commission
Manchester base/ Hybrid

This unique role will see you working across at least five established Recruitment brands within Technology, Creative and Sales Recruitment focusing on new opportunities within the UK and Europe. All brands have recently been acquired by a highly profitable, innovative US Technology company who have developed an AI Recruitment platform.


Role Mission: To identify, engage and secure new sales opportunities across Group brands and suite of products and services through new customer acquisition and expanding current services within existing customers.
Confidently present service offerings across Recruitment PSLs, MSP/RPO, and Consulting to upsell and maximise wallet share with existing and new customers.

The role is critical to achieving revenue targets and expanding market share in alignment with the companys strategic objectives.

Strategic Sales Planning

Customer Expansion
Sales Cycle Management
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Bid Management


Skills, Experience and Competencies:

? Track record of managing end-to-end sales lifecycles for high-potential contracts.
? Highly capable of pitching conceptual solutions to customers and working with them to design a solution that addresses their specific needs and challenges.
? Excellent networker with the ability to lean on this network to succeed.
? Results focused, charismatic and high energy.
? Deep understanding of UK recruitment/consulting industry including sector knowledge, competitor landscape, UK/other legislation and different operating models.
? Can make decisions and have excellent negotiation skills.
? Outstanding listener and communicator, can facilitate open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication.
? Strategic and analytical with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
