Description

Leadership and Team Management:? Lead and mentor a team of 13 marketing and data team members, driving necessary changes and optimising team structures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.? Utilise over 10+ years of leadership experience to inspire and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.? Manage stakeholders to raise profile of both Analytics and Marketing in the business.Commercial Strategy:? Apply a generalist approach with a high degree of commerciality, effectively managing small budgets and prioritising initiatives to achieve maximum impact.? Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and Facebook, to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.? Leverage data insight to identify, shape and deliver revenue and engagement opportunities, both from existing and prospect customersData-Driven Marketing:? Utilise data analytics to drive targeted marketing campaigns, optimise performance, and improve overall efficiency.? Leverage expertise in SEO and PPC strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, although not overly reliant on these tactics.Data Analytics:? Provide insight to the business to drive revenue growth and reduce churn? Identify trends in customer data in both large scale Key Nat and SME customer base? Ensure effective resource management maximising team productivity? Identify additional sources of data to enrich our understanding of our customersB2B Campaign Management:? Oversee B2B campaign management efforts, owning marketing outputs and driving customer engagement and acquisition through effective strategies tailored to SMEs and small business markets. Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through.

Profile

You will thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment and enjoy working as part of an ambitious and dynamic senior leadership team.

You will ideally have a track record of working in a senior marketing leadership role in a b2b services environment.

? Strong proficiency in content, social media and email marketing with demonstrated experience driving successful campaigns.? Expertise in utilising data analytics to inform marketing strategies and drive campaign optimisation.? Understanding of SEO and PPC strategies, with the ability to leverage these tactics effectively.? Proven track record of over 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on campaign management and team management.? Experience in B2B campaign management and customer acquisition strategies tailored to SMEs.? Experience working for a business that transitioned from telemarketing to engagement marketing is advantageous.? Leverage experience in respective sectors to develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.? Adapt strategies to align with industry trends and shifts, demonstrating flexibility and agility in response to changing market dynamics.
