Our Client, an international IT/Telecommunications company, is currently recruiting a Hybrid Client Relationship Specialist, to help to capitalise on current business opportunities, drive profitable growth and help support their rapidly growing account base.

Reporting to the UK Sales Director, duties to include:

  • Provide training, support, and advice on use of IT systems and associated audio-visual hardware to enable staff to engage with video consultation platforms.
  • Development of new clinical workflows and procedures in line with company guidelines.
  • Creation of case studies/use care and communication materials including reports, submissions, agendas, and minutes.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and identifying and understanding stakeholders’ underlying needs.
  • Provide a high quality and efficient client service through the effective deployment and support of the company platform.
  • Management of project activities including planning.
  • Support the maintenance of the project management toolkits and templates.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings and activities.
  • Act as a liaison between all key stakeholders in relation to attend anywhere user set up, user support, training, implementing, and supporting, testing and issue resolution.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Monitoring project schedules and preparation of progress reports
  • Coordinate work with the IT team as required and when appropriate to do so.
  • Assist users in defining problems linked to the system.
  • Performs problem analysis to resolve any healthcare selected provider/s technical issues.
  • Participate in issue resolution activities and issue escalation to the engineering team when appropriate.
  • To undertake and become a system Super-User and to coordinate and provide training for Healthcare staff at all levels/roles, as required.
  • Provide day to day support and management of provider/s user accounts and licence requests where appropriate.
  • Liaise with the IT Support team by requesting, updating, and end-dating user accounts when appropriate, new staff and leavers.
  • Attend relevant Local/Group project meetings when required.

As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience within sales/account management or client facing role, a background within NHS or Healthcare sector would be beneficial, the confidence to successfully demonstrate, sell and present to clients at all levels is essential together with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities together and a corporate, professional approach to work.

Accuracy and attention to detail are also required together with excellent IT skills and ability to multitask effectively. A full, clean UK driving licence is also a requirement. This role is a great career path for a recent Graduate with a technical or business-related degree.
