Our client is a leading manufacturer of ready meals, primarily catering to the education sector. With a cutting-edge, custom-built facility rated A by BRC, they deliver premium quality products.

They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic commercial team covering the northwest UK..

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of independent accounts in your region, developing long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Plan and prioritise customer visits using CRM tools and internal sales input to maximise efficiency and reduce travel time.

Build new customer relationships by understanding needs and creating tailored proposals and menu suggestions.

Use your product knowledge to upsell and introduce new products, increasing sales volume and SKU uptake.

Deliver structured account reviews and use customer data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams to address queries, develop custom solutions, and coordinate marketing support.

Keep detailed records of meetings, feedback, account data and expenses, submitted in line with company standards.

Attend trade shows, events and head office meetings as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a field sales, account management or territory rep role - ideally in foodservice, FMCG or hospitality
