Lead the development and delivery of a Mobile App Integration proposition and associated business case, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and governance requirements. Act as the key liaison between sponsors, SMEs, and project teams to define user needs, assess options, and secure approvals for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder matrix; secure sign-off from sponsors and SMEs.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to identify and validate problems and solutions.

Proposition Development:

  • Define user journeys and context, considering legislative, contractual, and technological constraints.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend options based on data and evidence.
  • Prepare benefit profiles and maps; secure stakeholder approvals.

Business Case Leadership:

  • Lead the creation of the Integration Strategic Business Case.
  • Manage governance submissions, respond to feedback, and secure approvals from boards and sponsors.
  • Prepare investment decision papers and ensure compliance with governance timelines.

Implementation Preparation:

  • Develop project kick-off materials and record key product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize backlog for design readiness.
  • Monitor and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities throughout delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in business case development and governance processes.
  • Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of legislative, contractual, and technological considerations in transport projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
