Our client, a fast-scaling official partner of a Tier 1 ERP provider, is on the hunt for a Sales Development Superstar — someone with brains, polish, and drive, who can confidently hold conversations with senior decision-makers and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone 120 times a day if that’s what it takes to succeed.
This is not your average SDR role. It’s your launchpad into the world of enterprise software — one of the most lucrative and intellectually challenging sectors in tech. You’ll be learning directly from senior sales leaders, absorbing everything about ERP, sales psychology, and business transformation. If you perform, you'll progress quickly into full 360 sales, managing your own pipeline and closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Be DoingProspecting and engaging C-level executives across industries with tailored outreach
Making high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages daily
Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the senior sales team
Shadowing senior sales calls and demos to learn the ERP sales cycle from the ground up
Gaining deep knowledge of ERP systems and how they help businesses scale
Collaborating with marketing and pre-sales to align messaging and outreach strategy
A recent graduate (ideally 2:1 or above) or someone with 6–12 months of B2B sales/telesales/internal sales experience
Incredible communication skills – articulate, fast-thinking, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent
A natural rapport-builder who’s comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
Driven, coachable, resilient – someone who thrives on targets and feedback
Polished, ambitious, and hungry to learn the ropes in a high-performance environment
A strong interest in business, technology, and how ERP solutions drive change
