We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a leading architectural practice on a contract basis in Central Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile, large-scale leisure project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
- Work across RIBA Stages 4-6.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs.
- Utilise Revit to develop technical details.
- Address technical challenges and coordinate design solutions efficiently.
Requirements (ideally you will be able to demonstrate):
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable).
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
