We are seeking an Executive Communications Manager to support our team. This role focuses on enhancing and protecting our reputation as a global leader in Crop Protection through strategic internal and external communications for the President global agrichemical business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key strategic projects, including executive positioning at trade shows, media events, social media, and townhalls.
- Support quarterly financial reporting and the rollout of our refreshed business strategy.
- Craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, social media posts, briefings, and other communications materials.
- Collect and analyse information to develop concise and comprehensive messages for various stakeholders.
- Transform business topics into engaging communications using presentations, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to coordinate integrated communications approaches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or public relations.
- University diploma in communications, journalism, public affairs, marketing, or a comparable degree.
- High level of strategic thinking and tactical delivery.
- Creativity in transforming scientific and business topics into powerful communications.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential.
