Performance Marketing Manager – Digital Agency
£45K - £50K Basic DOE, Plus Great Benefits

The Role
Reporting directly to the Digital Director this role will focus on driving results across a number of large national B2C clients through data-led, innovative paid digital campaigns. You will be responsible for managing a team of five who will be developing and executing performance strategies across paid media channels, ensuring measurable success and client satisfaction.
You’ll be fostering a high performance culture while providing day to day guidance, strategic direction and ongoing development, ensuring the team delivers best in class campaigns, leveraging insights and creative thinking to maximise performance.
You’ll oversee the planning, execution, optimisation and analysis of paid digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on audience understanding, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement.

Your Profile
You will have developed some extensive experience in managing, leading and developing a paid media team ideally agency side. You’ll be a strong communicator, equally as good externally with clients and internally with your team and colleagues.
