Assistant Site Manager position available on new build apartments close to Manchester centre. This involves assisting the Site Manager in bringing all internal aspects to handover stage.

Duties of this role:

- Compiling snag lists using snagging software

- Ensuring RAMS are followed

- Progress reporting

- Monitor H&S on site

Requirements:

- SSSTS/SMSTS

- 2 years experience as an assistant

- Experience on commercial fit out projects
