Job Title: Electrical Installations Lecturer
Salary: 35 - 42k per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons across full-time and part-time Electrical Installation courses.
Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials tailored to different learning styles.
Assess student performance through marking, feedback, and formal assessments.
Contribute to the planning and development of curriculum content.
Monitor and support student progress, attendance, retention, and achievement.
Participate in student interviews, induction, open days, and curriculum meetings.
Ensure compliance with the college's inclusive learning and safeguarding policies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
Essential Criteria:
Relevant industry qualifications and/or substantial experience in Electrical Installation.
Willingness to achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) if not already held.
Strong knowledge of current electrical installation practices, standards, and regulations.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate and inspire students.
Intermediate-level IT skills including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
