We're recruiting for a Highways Supervisor to oversee Highways and Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) works across the region. This is a night shift role, supervising site teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
路Supervise and coordinate VRS installation works during night shifts
路Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures
路Monitor site progress and quality of works
路Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, and management to resolve issues on site
Requirements:
路SSSTS or SMSTS certification
路Valid Safety Critical Medical
路NHSS Passport
路CAT 4+ trained (minimum)
路Strong knowledge of highways works and site supervision
