Installation Coordinator | Old Trafford | Full Time, Office Based | £25,000–£28,000 per year

Are you the right person for the job?
- Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Enthusiastic, polite, and self-motivated
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- IT literate and a team player
- Experience in scheduling/planning is helpful but not essential — full training provided
- A strong desire to deliver first-class customer service
What will your role look like?
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch engineers to customer sites
- Monitor engineer activity and progress
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and support tickets within agreed SLA’s
- Process orders and close job tickets to ensure work is completed satisfactorily
- Record all customer communications within the CRM
- Contribute to improving our customer service standards by providing a professional and efficient service
