My client is an established Commercial refurbishment company, they are actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team who has worked on Office refurbishments previously and understands what the role entails.

Qualifications  

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid

Duties

  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
  • Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
  • Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
  • Overseeing site operations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
