The successful Lead BSA Advisor will be the key point of contact for all Building Safety Act matters, supporting clients in meeting their legal obligations while ensuring internal procedures are robust and effective. Key Responsibilities of the Lead BSA Advisor:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Lead BSA Advisor or similar regulatory role.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation.

  • Background in construction, architecture, building surveying, or compliance.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory experience.

  • Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Membership of IOSH, RICS, CABE, or CIOB are desirable.
