We are seeking a Contract Manager for a growing HVAC organization, offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus an executive package.
The role involves leading Service & Maintenance engineers, managing workloads, and meeting clients to enhance service offerings.
Candidates should have experience in delivering workloads and managing engineers, with HVAC knowledge being essential.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, M&E, Construction, or Building Services is preferred.
The position allows for remote work flexibility and is based out of the Head Office in Manchester, covering various maintenance contracts in the Northwest.

Contract Manager Building Services / HVAC Up to 60k + Package

We are recruiting for a growing HVAC organisation who are looking for a Contract Manager to lead an organisations Service & Maintenance engineers, to help take ownership of the processes and systems and meet up with clients which are key component of this role.

The role requires someone with experience of delivering workloads and managing engineers and growing the service offering to their clients. Someone used to going out there meeting clients face to face and quoting for additional works and growing relationships on key accounts.

This role working remotely and from their Head Office in Manchester, with flexibility to work from home as and when required. This contracts managers role is covering various ppm and reactive maintenance contracts across the Commercial and Industrial sectors across the Northwest.

Used to Managing engineers workloads - Essential
HVAC knowledge Essential
NVQ level2 or above Desirable
Full Driving Licence - Essential
CRB Checked Essential
IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked within HVAC, M&E, Construction, Building Services. Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
