The Role
We are seeking an dynamic Contracts Manager with a strong electrical background to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager looking to take that next step up with strong knowledgein the electrical or M&E sector.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Player

Full UK driving license.
Desirable Qualifications:

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).

SMSTS or equivalent site management certification.

First Aid at Work certification.
